The speaker/s will discuss the available options on the visas, both on immigrant and nonimmigrant, processing times, categories for immigrant visas, procedures in applying for a certain immigrant category, work/business opportunities available in the US, and general information on how a person's talents, skills, education, business, or family relations pave the way to a person's American future.

Speakers
For over twenty years, Joseph has represented individuals and companies in a variety of areas, including business, construction/real estate, labor/employment and business-related immigration matters.
After graduating from the University of Southern California, he earned his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1997. He then worked for several prominent law firms earlier in his career, before eventually forging his own path in 2010 by opening his own practice. In 2016, he joined with long-time friend and colleague, Roger Vega, forming Huprich | Vega, to offer more comprehensive legal services to their clients.
Joseph is also a member of the prestigious American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
